Nutrition
The staff recognizes how important good, nutritious food is during the formative years in order that children may develop strong and healthy bodies. Thus wholesome and nutritious food is served. The children are given two snacks and a hot lunch which are prepared fresh daily.

 

Morning Snacks include fresh fruit and milk

Afternoon Snacks include a cold cereal or crackers and milk

Monday: Spaghetti with Tomato Sauce

Steamed Broccoli

Cottage Cheese

Celery crescents

Oranges and milk

Tuesday: Tuna Casserole

Steamed Corn

Lettuce Salad

Apples and milk

Wednesday: Johnny Cakes
