at Wildomar, a Spiritual Community that seeks to unfold spiritually by
transforming daily life into a continuous opportunity of becoming more

Because of their commitment there is minimal staff
turnover. Thus the children can create emotional bonds of trust and
security with their caregivers. The staff is also engaged in the process
of learning how to meet the needs of each individual child as he or she
expresses him or herself, fostering in each child the essential attitudes
of self-confidence and autonomy to continue learning. They promote warm,
sensitive and responsive interactions which create a learning environment
of peace, acceptance and love, the basic foundation for an integral
growth.
The staff is well qualified much above
licensing requirements. They are working toward or presently hold degrees
in the following areas: Associate of Arts in Early Childhood, Bachelor of
Science in related fields, Teacher Credentials and Master of Science
in Education. The teachers frequently attend courses, workshops and
seminars to stay abreast with the latest research in
education.
