Invitation to a Parenting Class with Sandi Schwartz
November 3, 2017
As parents, you have embraced a work of love and responsibility in raising your children. As you probably know by now, parenting skills need to expand right along with your children’s growth and development and with the rapid changes of our times.
You are invited to join child development specialist and author, Sandi Schwartz, for a parenting class that will help you respond to parenting challenges with new understandings and a practical set of tools and strategies.
Families want to know how to get their children to be more cooperative, without having to repeat themselves over and over. Issues such as whining, temper tantrums and fighting with siblings are among the top concerns listed on our parent surveys. Parents also indicated a desire to learn how to create a positive home environment where challenges are handled without yelling and punishing. This can be done!
We encourage you to participate in this group experience where your questions will be answered in a safe, non-judgmental atmosphere. For the first time at Anne Sullivan School, attendance is free to all our families. Join us for an incredible opportunity to learn your authentic parenting power!
Tuesday, November 14th
6:30 pm to 7:30 pm.
Please register in the school office.
Child care is also offered for a modest fee of $5.00 per child.
